Terms of sale and use

Purpose

These terms govern access to and use of Roomrise, a B2B SaaS solution supporting hotel yield management.

Roomrise provides dashboards, history imports, analyses, simulations, rate recommendations, CSV exports and decision-support tools.

Professional customer

The service is reserved for professionals in hospitality, lodging, revenue management or hotel consulting. The customer declares that it acts for professional purposes.

Account and security

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of submitted information, credential confidentiality, actions performed from its account and data imported into Roomrise.

The customer agrees not to import unnecessary personal data, including guest names when that information is not needed.

Rate recommendations

Roomrise provides explainable recommendations based on available data: history, prices, occupancy, pickup, local demand, entered competition, costs and commissions.

Recommendations are decision-support outputs. They do not guarantee revenue, margin, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR or profit.

The customer retains final responsibility for published prices, promotions, rate restrictions and contractual obligations with OTAs, PMSs, channel managers and partners.

Price and payment

The applicable price is the one displayed in the subscription interface, quote or order form. Prices are listed excluding taxes unless stated otherwise.

Online payment is processed via Stripe when SaaS billing is enabled. A trial may be offered under the conditions displayed during signup.

Term and termination

Subscriptions are monthly or annual depending on the selected offer. Termination may be performed through the billing area or according to the terms of a specific contract.

In case of termination, Roomrise enables reasonable export of customer data from the account, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.

Availability and maintenance

Roomrise aims to maintain service availability. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, security, updates or force majeure events.

No financial SLA is included in the pilot or self-serve version unless a separate contract states otherwise.

Liability

Roomrise's liability is limited to proven direct damages. Roomrise is not responsible for indirect losses, operating losses, lost revenue, lost opportunity, the customer's pricing decisions or unmet commercial outcomes.

The liability cap will be specified in the signed contract or order form before billing.

Applicable law

The final applicable law and competent jurisdiction terms will be specified with the operating legal entity before customer signature.
