Hosting

The production hosting provider will be listed before the paid service goes live. The current operational recommendation is hosting in France or the European Union, for example Scaleway or OVHcloud.

In local development, data is stored on the user's machine and is not hosted by Roomrise.

Activity

Roomrise is a B2B SaaS tool that supports hotel yield management. It provides analyses, simulations, rate recommendations, CSV exports and decision-support tools for independent hotels and hospitality professionals.

Roomrise recommendations are decision-support outputs. The customer remains responsible for the prices actually applied, its commercial strategy and compliance with distribution channels.

Intellectual property

The site, application, text, interfaces, databases, trademarks, logos, graphic elements and associated code are protected by applicable law unless stated otherwise.

Any unauthorized reproduction, adaptation, extraction or reuse is prohibited.

Liability

Roomrise aims to provide accurate information and explainable recommendations, but does not guarantee any level of revenue, margin, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR or profit.

The customer must review every recommendation before changing public prices or distribution channels.
